The Challenge
The client needed to consolidate real-time flight inventory from Amadeus GDS, hotel descriptive content from GIATA, and live rates from 400+ hotel suppliers into one unified search platform — maintaining sub-second response times, consistent content across all sources, and a checkout flow optimized for conversion.
Our Solution
Built a multi-layer integration platform connecting Amadeus GDS via both NDC and EDIFACT for full flight PNR lifecycle management; GIATA for hotel content normalization so property descriptions, images, and amenities are consistent across all supplier sources; and direct supplier APIs via a Redis-cached normalized data layer with Elasticsearch powering sub-second search across 1M+ rooms.
Results Achieved
Live with Amadeus GDS covering 900+ airlines, GIATA-normalized content from 400+ hotel suppliers, and 1M+ hotel rooms searchable in real time. Platform maintains 99.9% uptime with average search response under 800ms.
